More than 130 years of history!
Informative, educational,
and inspirational, African American Golf History can be
traced back to the 1800s with landmark contributions such
as the first American-born professional golfer and the
first U.S. Patent for a wooden golf tee invention. But
after more than 130 years, this rich history is still not
recognized as an integral part of the history of golf or
American history.
