Ramona, while thumbing through A Missing Link In
History I couldn't help but think how much I wasn't aware of, concerning golf and the involvements of African Americans—other than being available to caddy! It is so revealing for young golfers to hear
of and learn from a book such as yours, that although Tiger Woods is the face of golf today, our legacy on the links began long, long ago and our contributions were many and meaningful.
Every school, academy and public library should make your books available to those who want to know, and need to know the history and facts surrounding the
development and popularity of golf in African American communities throughout these United States of America.
I would like to congratulate you and wish you continued
success. — Emmette Bryant, former NBA player, 1968/69 Boston Celtics World Championship team.
